This turbo makes 3.6bar boost@3400rpm on modified ALH.
Same turbo in MikkoP ALH made 392bhp without NOS and 469bhp with NOS.

Hi I have a s300bv slightly bigger than that:
59mm comp ind
80mm comp exd with 84mm ex tip
Exhaust 65mm exducer

Do you know anybody who used similar turbo in tdi engines and how was the boost? To much lag? 1.9tdi or 3.0tdi?

We have tested one "S360V" in 1.9TDI. Too big compressor wheel for that use. 56mm inducer is biggest that i would put in 1.9TDI high power build.

All S300V have been with same 62/79.5mm exhaust wheel.

I think that 59mm inducer might work in some 3.0TDI project if your goal is +500bhp.

Do you have specs of turbine size and shaft dimensions + compressor?

I don't actually have those measurements but I need to buy a a new turbine and get a MSF compressor..

Do you know if S360 BW compressor will fit the s300bv? or if we can upgrade turbine and also compressor for a bigger size?

All S300V series turbo(356V, 360V etc) that i have seen have had 69.5/62mm turbine wheel.

Compressor wheel is not hard to find, you can use all S300 WG model billet wheels.

Is the s300sx turbo family turbine compatible? Like shaft diameter..length and so on? Are s300 s300sx sxe compressors compatible for sure?

Are those measures precise? 69.5mm ind and 62mm exducer?

S300 compressor wheels are compatible, 8mm bore.

I have measured those. S200sxe turbine wheel is only 61mm (S300V 62mm) so it is not compatible. I dont know any WG turbo that use this 62/69.5mm turbine wheels. I have seen many S200G with 69.5mm wheel but those are 56 - 59mm in smaller side.
