FS 97 Passat TDI 1z part-out (MI)
1997 Part out of a 97 Passat 1Z TDI (similar to ahu). Car care was well documented and well cared for. Car has 270k miles and was getting quite rusty, so my son and I decided to part it out. Before disassembling the car I video taped the compression tests on all four cylinders and all were between 490 - 500 psi. The cylinder walls are in good shape with only a very minor lip at the top. The car has always used Shell Rotella synthetic and I have documentation of every oil change since October of 2000 when it was sold from father to son. I will mark SOLD behind items as they are sold.
