Hey guys,

This is more of a feeler, to see if anyone is interested in a mineral grey Passat Tdi. I have performed all factory oil changes at the dealer, and performed fuel filter changes every 10k miles. Currently the car has 45k miles on it.

It is in great shape, always waxed and washed.

Upgrades
Tint
Malone stage 2 tune with emissions intact (will include stage 2 tune for emissions delete as well)
Koni yellow shocks (have factory brand new included)
H&R 1” lowering springs (have factory brand new included)
HID lights
Coded for misc conveniences via vagcom

Exterior color is grey
Interior color is black with suede

Will require new tires in 15k miles and front rotors as there is pulsation when braking.

I am asking $15k. Can provide pictures, feel free to pme.

Thanks Amir

I'm not sure about Texas, but TDI values seem to be higher in my world than most (Seattle/Portland). Without pulsing brakes, the need for tires and your upgrades; that car should be maybe $13k around here.

The real question is, how much did your upgrades take off the value? I suppose everyone has different valuations of upgrades, but I know I am not rare in steering away from cars that have a bunch of non-stock changes. Headlight and spring swaps are things that would just keep me looking. I'm not 100% sure, but I think your "tune" just eliminated over 100k miles of warranty.

If the warranty is gone, that is going to be an enormous drop in value.

the way I see it, cars get tuned, more horsepower, more torque then the head gasket blows, so yes I agree, keep away from all the horsepower upgrades, I like stock and I'm looking for a 15 passat since I'm TDI less.

Guys,

Warranty is still intact. Emissions is still intact. Never removed. I only got this tune to give it the mpg’s it used to get vs. the post tdi fix. I have the stock suspension, I just wanted a sportier look and feel to the car. I am willing to take $13k if that’s what the going rate on the forum is. You will see this car has been meticulously been cared for. I daily drive this to and from the airport for travel. All freeway miles.

I’ll be available the 31st. Only thing is I was supposed to trade this in that morning to the dealer. I can hold off my trade in if you want to see it that morning?

take it to the dealer, your just wasting people time
Actually I’m not. I was giving the folks on the forum an opportunity, before I traded it in. But seeing as you aren’t grateful for that opportunity I am glad you or anyone is not going to purchase it from me. I guess the idiot that decides to buy it at full retail will be the one who could have saved money....

Later bubba

It’s in the main listing mineral grey. I can send you pics. I can never get the pics posted properly on here. No matter what I do.
