2004 Passat TDI Wagon - silver with black interior. 218k miles.
Both interior and exterior in very good condition. This vehicle has been meticulously maintained by a Volkswagen dealer. We are the second owner and have all the records from the VW dealer who serviced it throughout its life, until we bought it two years ago. We have only driven it 15k miles in two years, due to moving from Texas and living in downtown Seattle.
Options are: heated leather seats (passenger side currently inoperable), sunroof, Monsoon audio, mudguards.
The most recent timing belt change was 15k miles ago, along with the well-known Balance Shaft Module conversion - a near $3000 job (including water pump, special trans fluid, etc.) (work completed by Meyerhoff AutoHaus in Austin, TX - a TDI specialist).
Other service completed since we bought it:
Replaced camshaft and all lifters at 204k (work completed by VW dealer)
Replaced the transmission with one with 70k miles on it (work completed by Technical Diesel Innovations (A TDI specialist in Dallas, TX) at 204k
Replaced a motor mount at 204k
Replaced all glow plugs, head gasket and other internal parts as part of recall campaign at 212k (VW dealer)
Replaced brake pads and rotors at 212k (VW dealer)
Oil change (with proper oil) at 215k
Just replaced the fuel filter, replaced a CV boot, and had the headlights buffed back to new condition.
The car came from Ohio, lived in Texas briefly (where we lived when we bought it), and is in Seattle now (with a Texas title).
Asking $10,900 OBO.
