Selling a clean 2004 ALH Tdi jetta sedan with a 6 speed dsg swap. I built this car to have all the advantages of an ALH but still be able to have a reliable automatic that’s easy to drive and faster than a manual. The swap was done professionally, this is a turn key car hop in and drive anywhere.

The chassis is a 2004 gls tdi 224k miles on it, rust free, clean title, from California. Engine has 142k miles on it from a 2002 Jetta. The transmission is from a 2013 Passat tdi with 94k miles.

Tons of maintenance was done at the time of the swap including:
-New ina timing belt kit with water pump
-New dmf flywheel
-dsg service
-.240 upgrade injectors
-custom tuning on the ecu and dsg to make everything work very smoothly together.
-oil and filter, all new filters in the car
-new headliner
-new axles

I’ve done a lot of work to this car to make it as close to a factory swap as possible. Custom shifter, cluster is from Europe so it displays the gears correctly, outside air temp and 160mph speedometer. This car drives just like a mk6 Tdi dsg, engine is making roughly 130-140hp, launch control is enabled in the tuning in sport mode. Takeoff is very smooth. Heat, a/c, cruise control, and heated seats work well. No lights, codes or weird problems.

Only two issues with this car, I haven’t got reverse lights working yet and the clear coat is starting to fade on the roof, hood and top of back bumper. No rust on the car just drove it on a 1500mi trip, car is ready to go anywhere. Clean Tennessee title in my name. Fly in and drive home.
Message me with any questions or more details. Not interested in trades, cash only
Thanks

Quite the car. Obviously great work and attention to detail, very interesting combination of components, and I admire the quiet look.... No flashy wheels or low suspension or blackout lenses, heck not even tinted windows, all the changes are functional rather than for appearance. Looks just like a bone stock late Mk4 Jetta. Cool that you did it with a sedan too, these sometimes don't get the attention they deserve. Clearly focused just on the goals you mentioned of being a great mile-eater with the holy grail engine and an automatic that's efficient and reliable (i.e. not an 01M).

Kudos on the impressive work, someone on here should be able to appreciate this unique build as its next owner, wish you success with the sale!
