Up for sale is my 2003 Jetta TDI with manual transmission. The car has very low mileage 144k. I have absolutely loved this car, and am sad to part with it, but It just doesn't fit our family of 6 anymore so its time to go.
The History
- Timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt were changed at 90k miles
- Clean Title
- Newer tires with less than 2k miles on them
- Oil Always Changed With Full Synthetic
- Fuel Filter changed at 130k
- Brakes changed at 115k
- Intake/EGR Replaced at 140k
- Mass AirFlow Sensor just replaced last week
- Smog Passed Recently
The Extras
- Diesel Geek skidplate
- Bilstein coilovers (adjustable)
- Thule roof rack with MOAB basket
- Kenwood DDX419 Double Din Headunit
- Snow Chains
- Heated Seats
The Bad
- A/C stopped blowing cold air recently (maybe just needs recharged?) Heater works fine.
- Door dings here and there
- Paint in mostly good condition but clear coat is beginning to peel on a few spots (But really not bad for a 20+ year old car)
- Two cracks on front window that are mostly below the eye line so I havent felt it necessary to replace.
- Headliner drooping. I have been told its easy to fix with push pins or using a spray adhesive, but I have not tried.
- "Steelies" iron rims showing some rust. I purchased flat black spray paint but I havent had the time to do the job yet.
