This car is fun to drive. It's in pretty good shape for 217,000 miles and I've taken care of it so it can make it to 300,000 or more. I'm the third owner, but have driven it the longest of the three. I was attracted by the fuel efficiency, and it still routinely gets 50 MPG on my daily 30 mile round trip commute. I've kept meticulous service records of all the oil changes, repairs, and even fill-ups.

The car has averaged 43 MPG while I have owned it - over 140,000 miles. The timing belt was changed at 185,000 miles and won't need to be replaced until 285,000. Both the summer wheels (currently installed) and winter wheels (in storage, included) have several seasons and 1000s of miles left on them.

Recent car service includes oil change, outer control rod boot replacement, newer brake rotors and pads, and springs on all wheels, new struts, new battery. No major service currently needed. Does not burn or leak oil or coolant. It comes with a ScanGauge II (for watching your stellar mileage), a Panzer skid plate for protecting your oil pan, and a Frost-Heater for warming up in the winter. The car also comes with a Thule car rack. I'm almost talking myself out of selling it.

It has run smoothly on 100s of gallons of biodiesel. No risk of gumming up your fuel filter. I've changed it multiple times since running on B99. Non-smoking passengers (although it is a diesel).
