'14 Golf 6-spd, '12 Passat gasser:(
  • 183,700 miles (this was the car used for family vacations driving around the US)
  • No accidents
  • 1 owner
  • Non-smoker
  • Complete maintenance records
  • Lifetime fuel mileage = 42 mpg
  • $3,800
  • Exterior = dark green, interior = beige
  • Garaged nightly every day
  • 30,500 miles until next timing belt
  • New suspension on all corners last March. Included = shocks/struts, A-frame (control arm), stabilizer connecting link, ball joints, outer tie rod ends, new rubber bushings in front
  • Alignment was done after new suspension
  • All 4 rotors and pads with complete brake flush last March
  • Michelin Hydro-Edge tires - 30,000 miles remaining (85,000 mile tire)
  • Never in shop
  • New headlight assemblies
  • Installed an Amsoil by-pass oil filter (BE 100) 7/01 until last month when removed. Removed for sale. Pics of install on TDIClub--search under jettajim around 7/01
  • Elephant hose installed with by-pass and removed last month for sale
  • Delvac-1 (Mobil 1 truck & SUV 5w-40)-only oil used. Over 6.5 qts per change due to by-pass filter
  • Cat fuel filter
  • 6 disc CD changer
  • Trunk tray
  • AC clutch replaced last July
  • One hinge is broken on glove box but it latches and looks and functions normally
  • Rear ashtray is broken
  • Central and/or temperature flap cable needs to be adjusted

Thanks for such a smooth, fast purchase. After 11.5 years, it sure wasn't easy to watch someone else drive the car.

I'm glad you liked the Passat. We would have bought the Passat TDI but didn't like the options. The unwanted extra options added thousands which didn't make economic sense at that point.
