FS: 1997 Passat TDI - Neenah, WI
Well mechanically cared for TDI Passat. High mileage but it runs well and the motor has plenty of life left in it. Timing belt recently done. Has slightly larger injector nozzles and an eco tune from Malone with a Dynamic Idle
Clutch replaced at 293,000 now at 322,000
Also has 35% window tint all around. 60% 3M Crystalline on the windshield since the AC doesn’t work due to a hole in the condenser.
It does have rust, it’s lived in the Midwest most of its life and these cars are already prone to it. The parking brake hasn’t been used in a while due to the standard seizing.
Few window regulator quirks but the windows work right now. Sun roof works but slowly, could probably use a good clean and lube.
Aftermarket mp3 CD player with a 30 pin iPod connector.
Selling as is.
