If you have a hardware store nearby you could just grab some 10.9 or 12.9 grade cap screws.

Bolts showed up.
I installed the new bolts, lock washers, keeper plates and new grease. Torqued all bolts twice.
Test drove the car for 5 miles at 10-60 MPH. All good.
I'll be driving the car 100 miles this Saturday and will check the bolts again for tightness when I get back home.
