Forced regen procedure???!

I keep trying to activate the forced regeneration through vcds. It tells me to hold the brake 10 times. I hit the brakes once and the prompt immediately switches to full throttle. I do that and it will either abort or go back to prompting the brake. Am I being dumb about this or what is tells issue? Any help would be fantastic

How about we start with, why are you wanting to force a regen instead? :unsure:

Lol thanks. Dpf is clogged out it's bum. Mk6 kid brother got off marketplace last week. Would rather not pull the exhaust as it's a giant pain.

That doesn't compute.... you could be well over what the controller will allow you to force anything onto.....

So measuring block 075 is fuel rail pressure not the particle filter as far as my uneducated mind can see. Found a few for particle filter block 108, 107,106, 105, and 100. Group 108 field 1 is particle filter pil ash load which is 30m1 ml. Field 2 and 3 are carbon mass but they are blank. I cannot find a way to post pictures from my phone to the forum however to make this easier. Do I have to go through like Google Docs or some such?

You going to be helpful or just troll some more bro. I read everything. I'm just stating that it wasn't that. And then I gave suggestions as to what blocks it may be instead of that, as it says for the UDS it could be different locations and such. Chill or be helpful dude.

108. And it says Look at 241.2 and 241.3 if block 108 fields are blank. I didn't see that before. Thank you. After work I'll try this again

Block 241 field one isparticlw filter ash volume of 30ml. Field two was 43g soot load calculated. Field three for measured soot value is just blank
