Fob died, Change Battery, Light Continuous Flash

Wife placed fob in letter holder and somehow jammed one of the buttons down. Alarm went off in the middle of the day. Very weird so I did not give up and found immediatly that when I tried to use the other fob (ony in letter holder) it was dead. Original batteries from 2002 in both Fob's.


Got a replacement battery, installed. Now the light on that fob blinks continuously. I tried searching with no luck. I thought for sure I would find the answer without a new post, sorry fellas!

how do you get one of those FOB's apart ?

both of mine have broken key chains rings and I want to either fix/replce the case or drill a hole for another chain or something (any ideas?)

I think if you put the FOB on a key chain with a hard splitring it breaks the chrome ring on the fob

It does come apart just like the instructions,I am probaly gona drill a little hole and use some spectra fishing line or a chain or something

BTW I took it appart which would be the same as replaceing a battery and it all works fine afterwards
