Sitting here waiting for roadside assistance.

Discount didn't replace my lug cap puller. Kind of annoyed. How much are those to replace and is there another tool I can use?

I also hate that manufactures give you the most crapppy jacks. Time to get an inexpensive floor jack for the car.

Off to discount after the tow truck driver gets here. Debating on how much I should yell at them for not replacing my tools!

Sucks man. Cap puller is cheap $5 bucks at most. In regards to them screwing the pooch, go see if they still have the puller, if not ask for them to replace it, then regardless of outcoming explain to the manager you want a free RoadForce tire and balance on any vehicle of your choice. Be polite and no need to throttle anyone.

That stinks, sorry you have to deal with it today. I bought a 2 ton hydraulic jack from Autozone (Durlast brand) for $35 I think. Obviously not as good as a $200 one, but works quick and is solid...used it about 10 times on my old car. Kind of heavy though, so wonder if the crappy jack is just to save weight...

My day SUCKED.

So vw roadside had to call a second tow service because the first one were just to busy to help me....they first said 1hr45min. No show. Vw calls says another 25 min. I wait 40. Call back. Ten vw says it'll be at least another 45 min for that service. At that point I had been waiting 3+ hrs! I got a supervisor on and they started calling other tow companies and had a second dispatched. This one showed up in 30min from the call.....so frustrating. Now VW did the best they could but they need to fire that tow company holy crap.

Then I get to discount and of course they don't have my snow tire in stock and can't get a delivery guy to bring it from the warehouse so I offer to go get it...I needed my car back up today. I ended up having to take the day off work to handle all of this.

It gets worse......

On my way to the warehouse I'm on some unfamiliar roads and get popped by an undercover for speeding Ina 35mph zone....:mad: $90.

Thankfully I am now home all is well except my tire light on my dash never went away. Anyone know if that will reset itself...I haven't pulled the manual out. Figured I would do that tomorrow if its still there....

Anyway thanks for listening. Roughest day I've had In a while!

For the tire light, I think you have to push the button in the glove box when the tires are properly aired up and cold. Then it resets the tpms and should clear the light. This is just from memory though so apologize in advance if it is off.

Sorry to hear about your troubles... :(
At least you are OK, things could have been worse...

You are correct. Press the TPMS button when you know all 4 tires are at the pressure you want.

Take a coat hanger, cut off a piece, bend around dowel, turn one end up = instant remover & cheap.

That's okay, the dealer kept the key to the locking lugs during one of the many visits to fix a vibration in the 2011 JSW I had. Found that out on the side of the road with a flat tire once upon a time also.
