904 17.1 gal full up. 1000 is an easy number if you can keep it on the hey 780 of my 904 were hey. The rest were very short drives that killed my numbers a bit
hey = highway?1000 is an easy number if you can keep it on the hey 780 of my 904 were hey.
Don't need to keep it under 60, don't need to do 1000 miles straight. I have done it 6 times this summer. Trips are 200 miles at a time, 2/3 highway (495/95), 1/3 rt1 in Maine. About 100 miles per tank are local around the town miles. I can't do it if air temps are below 68dF. It is much easier to do if one has a 6mt like I do rather than a DSG.1000 is doable if you can keep it under 60 MPH on the highway for 1000 miles straight. That's hard to do for a lot of people.
WOW, I see that you have added 19.25 Gallons at one fill, this is the most that I recall anyone stuffing in an NMS.I've done several 900+ tanks and finally did a 1006 last week. Put 19.054 gallons in it at fill up.

Thats greatJust got 921 miles on a tank , MFI reading was 56.4MPG , calculated real mpg was 52.29MPG . Used my car for a everyday commute driving (20 + 20 miles 45-55mph) AC was not used . 17.613 gallon diesel flow to the tank after the mfi warning said : 10 miles left![]()
