Finally pulled my error codes *HELP*

Balance shaft delete and ~245,000 miles.

I got most of these identified, but there's a couple I can't find. I'd also like confirmation that I am chasing the right things.

Engine:
16485 P0101 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circ Range/Performance
16486 P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circ Low Input
16512 P0128 Coolant Thermostat/Valve Temperature below control range
16786 P0402 Exhaust Gas Recirc.Flow Excessive Detected
17058 p0674 cylinder 4 glow plug circuit intermittent
17978 P1570 Contr.Module Locked
19557 ?
19558/P3102/012546 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157): No Signal
So it looks like I nee a new MAF; it's been flaky so no surprise. Probably a thermostat? Also no surprise since mine seems stuck open. Inspect and service the EGR system. Glow plug on #4: tune up time? 17978 doesn't seem to be a real thing since it starts right up. Somehow related to salvaged CCM? Intake manifold flap?

Transmission:
17100/P0716/001814 - Transmission Input Speed Sensor (G182): Implausible Signal
17125/P0741/001857 - Torque Converter Clutch: Stuck OFF / No Power being transferred
18258/P1850 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from ECU
Looks like a TC failure, better than a transmission failure. Jeff called that one. What's this speed input sensor and data bus issue?

SRS
00532 - Supply Voltage B+: Signal too Low
00591 - Seat Belt Switch; Driver (E24): Resistance too High
00592 - Seat Belt Switch; Passenger (E25): Resistance too High
01217 - driver airbag fault
01218 - passenger airbag fault
Replace my failed battery. New seat belt switches? The airbag faults are from running it without the seats in.

ABS:
01423 - Lateral Acceleration Sensor (G200): No or Incorrect Basic Setting / Adaptation
01424 ?
WHAT ARE THESE?!?

Oh fine! The battery is seriously the stock original battery and it is quite dead. I'll replace it.

Don't think that's gonna fix my transmission problem though.

I can't say that a battery change fixed it, but at least it did clear up a whole lot of codes. I should have known to just stick a reliable battery in. And doing so allowed me to clear a majority of the codes. I took a drive around the block, and it dropped back into transmission limp mode.

The glow plug is probably a poor signal from a rodent-chewed plug wire.
The problem with my transmission limp mode seems to be a bad Input speed sensor. Seems like an easy fix, but I'm having a hard time finding a set of instructions for replacing it. Thay also probably not gonna fix my lack of reverse; I read in another thread Oilhammer describing the issue with that. Something about a pump and the gear burning out.
