Okay folks, TDI Fest 2009 is only two weeks away and it will be here sooner than you expect.
Help make this, the 10th TDI Fest great, and show your support to the club.
Please keep reading for some important information.
The T-Shirt deadline has past and shirts have been ordered. The only opportunity to get a 2009 TDI Fest T-Shirt is to make sure you arrive early and purchase one of the limited extra ones that has been ordered.
Food Cut-Off
The last day to purchase a food event item is August 31st. We have to let the hotel know on September 1st how many people will be attending. We cannot make any exceptions for this. Also, we will not be selling entry to these events during check-in. If you have been on the fence about purchasing a food event please do *NOT* wait any longer.
We are going to have a very nice selection of food at all three events. Do not miss out on the opportunity to meet new people at the Meet-N-Greet on Friday from 8:00pm-9:30pm. We will have some very good technical sessions on Saturday during the brunch from 8:30-10:30. And the much anticipated Banquet on Sunday from 5pm until we are finished, features the awards from the Show-N-Shine and an auction of goods and repair services that were donated. Show your support to TDIClub and register for these events today!
Hotel room rate block extended!
Our room block discount has been extended! We are currently running a bit short on what we promised the hotel. We need everyone's help and TDIClub needs your support. Please do not delay in reserving your room.
Even people that are local to the Fest can help us out by reserving a room for a night. Every night counts at this point! Remember it is Labor Day weekend, and even though you are local, traffic will be a bear to commute back at forth. Why not stay where the activities are taking place and avoid the traffic?
You can find out info about reserving a room here:

Agenda
We have also made updates to the agenda that lists who is speaking at the brunch, who will be leading some breakout technical session and their topics, a finally the time that VWoA will be present showing off some goods.
