Extra extended warranty not showing up

So I had some intercooler icing this winter and contacted one of the local VW dealers regarding possibly getting the winter intercooler fix performed, as this car previously lived in a warm climate so probably never had it done.

My car has 121,600 miles and the dealer told me the warranty expired at 120,000, according to their "source". However, there is this: https://www.vwdiesellookup.com/pdf/VWCourtSettlement_Emissions_Disclosure_Gen2_Automatic_Final.pdf

Which seems to suggest I'm still covered, since my car is a 2014 model. I brought this to the dealer's attention and they told me to contact VoA. Which I have not yet.

It may be a moot point because I probably won't see freezing temps again until next winter, by which time I'll definitely be over 123,000 miles, and if I keep the car then I plan on a delete and tune. But I'm wondering - has anyone here successfully made a claim between 120 and 123k?

That references the Passat, so unless you have that letter referencing your VIN, I would say you're on your own.

I see, thank you; the Gen2 was in the Passat, not my car. I was just looking at the years and was ignorant as to the gens.

When was the emission fix done? Warranty covers 4 years or 48k miles after the fix was applied.

Yeah, it's been over double that many miles since the fix. I was just confused as to which version of the engine I had.

She's running great, and the DPF was replaced at 107k so hopefully that will last a while longer. I'll plan on getting a delete and tune before next winter if I keep the car. Life changes have resulted in shorter trips and not sure it makes sense to have a diesel anymore. But I like it a lot!

I know what it says.... but I don't know what you're trying to say with your prior statement:
