Hey guys I’m new to posting on here so not too sure if I’m posting in the right spot or not but I’ve recently done the evry mod and I love it, it’s definitely fun but I don’t want it essentially being “on” the whole time so how would I go about wiring a on/off switch so I can choose when I want it to be on or off? I’ve got 2 wires running from pins 2 and 3 of the injection pump to the potentiometer, now where does the on/off switch come into play?
thanks for any help.

I believe a toggle in either of those wires is all you need, to disrupt the signal and revert to normal. Not sure what your end goals are, but I just want to inform you that an evry is hard on the car, continue at your own risk. A real tune is much better for you.

That’s what I was thinking as well but then wouldn’t it disrupt the cars normal procedure if the injection pump wire is spliced to the wire going to the potentiometer and then the switch would cause it not to function properly if turned off? I may be overlooking this but I am just making sure! Thanks for the help anyways. I knew the evry mod wasn’t good for the vehicle before I did it, I just wanted to be able to roll a bit of coal on people who ride to close to my bumper… and for the bit of power every now and then so that’s why I am wanting to add the switch. Once I get a tune I will get rid of it completely.

1). Cross posting is frowned upon.
2). "rolling coal" is frowned upon. If you have such insecurity that you feel it necessary to seek attention, even if from anti-social behaviour, you have serious issues.

Like I said I am new here… I had realized I posted it the first time in the wrong category and couldn’t figure out how to delete it and went ahead and posted it on here. Not sure how that’s seeking attention I just wanted help with my question. Go tell half the damn forums under the evry mod that its frowned upon. You’ve got nothing better to do than being a coward to someone online seeking help.
thanks, and grow up!

I have wired in the switch to one of the wires going to the potentiometers and it just turns my car off… I wonder how the on/off switch works then that comes with the whole evry mod set up you can find on eBay? If anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks.
