Engine juddering at 1200-1400rpm on 1.9 PD

Hi all,

Please need your help!!!
Tried everything and dont know what else to do. Engine starts without problems, but as soon as its hit 1200rpm car star jerking, loosing power, shakes till 1400 and then fine. Took it to the garage few times and no help. Checked faults code and nothing stored in ECU, but when I scrolled through the measuring blocks injectors values on each injectors travels up and down at this rpm's. As soon as past 1400 rpm all stabilize and hold nicely. Also MAF reading seems odd, up and down. Air intake checked from filter back to engine, fuel line the same and nothing odd what would catch my eye. No black or white smoke

What has been changed:
- new injectors,
- new injector loom,
- new fuel filter,
- new tank/lift pump,
- new throttle body,
- new MAF sensor,
- new ECU unit,
- new n75 valve,

Any idea what can cause this mystery, please?

New injectors? Holy macoroni.

For as long as I have had mine the spot you mention is not as smooth as the rest, but certainly not violent. And that is with the only common part replaced being the tank lift pump. That had no effect on the behaviour. It is pretty minor on mine.

Yes, my issue was crankshaft wheel inside in engine which wobbled. Took all engine on parts and back with new wheel and screws. Quite big and expensive job.

Has tsb been done regarding crank sensor ? Recent post about that. Interference from unshielded wires? Dealer and vin check should answer that and your glowplug status ceramic v.s steel. Not sure if your symptoms align or not.
Ouch sounds pricey in any currency.
