I emailed VW USA and got a response saying they do not offer online versions of their manuals at this time. If you have any questions, contact at 800-DRIVE-VW or visit your local VW dealer.
Found one for the RNS-510, but it is not searchable.

There is no service manual (so far) for the new Passats. I do not know if/when this will change. In the past Bentley was the publisher for official VW service manuals. I believe that I heard that Bentley no longer has the contract with VW. Therefore, I do not know where a service manual can be purchased or downloaded. Hopefully someone will publish one, but I do not know when.

OP said "owners manual". Is that what you meant? Isn't it in the roof of your glovebox?
Yes, owners manual. I am not a Passat owner yet. Still in the ordering process. Just want to get a jump on some early reading.

I love the PDF versions of the owners manuals I have for other vehicles. Easy to search and read while at work.
