Electrical Issues after reassembly-- no start

Did an intake manifold & EGR clean. All went back together well, but something shorted/blew. All fuses tested on both panels examined & most tested.
There was a semi toasted slot on the left side of f16, which controls many of the faults I'm getting. Again, fuse is tested fine.
I even removed the fuse panel/bin and examined, all looks well.
Could it be a relay under dash? Did the ECU fry?
