Putting this up for the next guy that gets this code.... found the lower EGR pipe split open. Also the charge pipe where it plugs into the intake manifold, the metal collar on it had the upper barb worn off so while under boost the hose was getting pushed back and leaking.

Fixed these 2 issues, faults hasn't come back in over a week of driving while under my heavy foot (and towing crap as well).

BTW, always a plus to post a full Auto-Scan. :)

Interesting, because that looks like an electrical fault, and you didn't fix anything electrical, or replace the sensor, right?

That would be correct, I've not done any electrical repairs on the car.

Check Voltage at connector coming from ECU to O2 sensor between pin 2 an 6,
spec 0.4V-0.5V
Check resistance on connector of O2 sensor between pin 3 and 4,
Spec 2.5-4.4 Omh.
