thanks to those who responded to my previous topic. Of course, the Golf lights are more advanced than the Jettas. However, does anyone know if the Golf GLs are hard-wired to recieve the GTI's driving lights (fog lights)?

Also, peter chuek; where did you get a Hopa chip- I'v never heard of it before. That seems like a lot of power for a TDI?!

Anyone know of a south FL VW club? Anyone belong to a club and found it to be worth the time?

Shark, the Hopa module (AKA the TEC black box) is available at www.newdimensions.com for $600 or $700 installed and dynotuned. It produces roughly the same amount of power as the Wetterauer chips but doesn't require your car to be down while the ECU undergoes surgery. The Hopa module does, however, need to be tuned on a dyno for optimum results. I'm selling mines, if you're interested.

Why don't we here start a National TDI Club? Then we can get license plate frames that say, "Proud member of the over 40 MPG club" or something like that. Just a thought.
