Driver's window auto up function not working.

The window still goes up but not on auto. Does it need a new switch and how hard is it to change it?

Have you tried to reset the auto up/down function? If you've recently replaced or disconnected the battery, some of the comfort functions need resetting to your liking using VCDS or methods given in the owner's manual.

Push and hold the down window button till the window goes all the way down and then immediately push and hold the up window button till the window goes all the way up. Now try it.

Thank you! It happened after I removed the battery to change the DSG oil.
