Driver power window issues.

I have a 2015 Jetta TDI S, and I'm having issues with rolling down the window. I swapped out the switch, but no go. I took out the plug to check for wire breaks, but couldn't find any. When I plugged it in, the window rolled down and up for a while, but wouldn't roll any others down. Then it would stop working. I can consistently replicate these symptoms. Also, everything else works as it should on the door. Any ideas?

Maybe disconnect the battery for 10 minutes or so?
Hold both terminals together (disconnected for the battery)

Did you do a full scan for codes with VCDS?

I will try that. I did a VCDS scan. It shows no comms, and when I unplug and plug it back in it shows connected. Then loses connection again.
