My son's 2011 Sportwagen had a P0401 and a P2002 pop up 2 weeks before it was due for an inspection sticker. There's soot in the tailpipes and I just took the EGR valve apart and it was pretty filthy so the DPF is definitely cracked. The DPF was replaced under warranty for the previous owner about 70,000 miles ago so I thought I would be good for a while but I guess not. The car has 140k on it so we plan to run it for a while longer. I'm in Massachusetts so it will need to pass emissions for this year and next so I'm going to replace it. We had a tax free weekend so I bought the DPF, the EGR filter and some gaskets and clamps just to get the bulk of the purchase done but I'm not sure if I have everything I will need. Is there a parts list for this job somewhere that I can use as a guide? I tried doing a search but I had no luck.

Thanks. I knew it had to be written up somewhere but I couldn't seem to get it to come up with a search. I ordered parts from IDParts which is not too far from where I live but they had the EGR clamp is 1K0-253-725-F instead of E. Not sure why that's different. I'll order the remaining few pieces and get myself psyched for some hours on my back getting sooty. By the way, if I'm using jackstands for this will they need to go on the pinch welds? I usually put them under the subframe but since that is coming out I will need to get some adapters set up if they need to go on the pinch welds.

There are just too many to list....
There are four reinforcements at each of the four corners of the inner rockers for lift supports. I good solid jack stand will be all that is needed. You'll need four of them, one at each corner, and have the car set on them level.

We have the nice 10k pound Lincoln stands here that are plenty tall and stable. We don't use them much for this sort of thing, but use them plenty for other sorts of things, as well as a couple "lesser" ones:
