DPF filter issues

I give up trying to attach photos.
I have 5 to attach but I cant find attachments or a camera in the lower right hand corner
I have followed the instructions using How to upload photos in Xenforo and use them in your posts
no luck using windows 11.
after 40 years of using both Mac and Ibm type computers I never has such a time trying to attach photos
Why can't I use control c and control v ?????

For me, it’s easier to post the image to media, copy the link once it’s done (with thumbnail) and then paste it into your post here.

What are you asking as far as what is FF??
I'm having a hard time posting screen shots

FF=Freeze Frame "data"
If you've read the manual of the tool that I'm guessing you are using (I don't read minds and you're not telling anything), then go read the DPF code not all the EGR PIDs you've shown and display the FF associated with the code.
Also, go perform DPF functions\regenerations as per manual which you've allegedly read.
I'm attempting to help you, but you're basically fighting me on all my reading in between lines attempts.
If you don't understand something I've asked for, say so.... how else can I know you didn't understand FF?

EGR pids photo is the only one I could post on this archaic program.
I went through the regeneration program on the service icon with no success
There is only one code and its the DPF restriction

You need to find PIDs for DPF... that show SOOT load... when that load is over a certain value, that's when the system throws the fault.
There should be a calculated soot and a measured soot value that's pertinent to what you're dealing with.

Those are brands not kinds. There are TSBs out there that say aftermarket filters can damage the MAF and lead to these kinds of issues.

I will have to take a rain check on troubleshooting and providing data on this issue because;
we will be out of town for the next 2 weeks and that VW can sit till I get back.

Also reviewing the manual for the Autel mk806pro and downloading the latest. What shows in the booklet and what the new downloaded manual shows is not the same as shown on the scanner. They are on a Black Friday holiday today and won't be back till maybe next week.

The best I could find as far as something related to soot load was ash load at 99ml so chill and regain some patience as I will be back in 2 weeks
