Hi guys,
So just an update.
My last post,I did a forced Regen and I also removed both pressure sensors and blew the lines out with compressed air again.
Since then, I haven't had a check engine light, so maybe I had some carbon/ contamination still in the system that I didn't remove the 1st time. So fingers crossed ....
Thanks, Jeff
Use a fuel additive. It should help with regens in the future. It won't do anything once it's too late though.

+1 on that, dpf cleaner. I poured a bottle into an airline with a ball valve and 100psi behind it . Into the differential pressure line. So it can spray into most of the filter. And run the engine for a long period of time. Now so far, more miles before a regen is triggered, but not there yet. Maybe one more treatment. Got the soot load to go down to around 9g while doing a regen, rather than 12g. Then it stabilizes. To finish, parking the car and not injecting fuel (do not give it throttle) finishes regen. So hoping the next bottle will actually lower the soot load to 6g or less so it can actually finish a regen properly.
