Done with following threads for now, how to stop feed?

So far the incoming threads for the Gen 4 Jetta TDI ALH has been valuable, but now it's too much.
Can you guide me to the way to stop the feed? I have looked at all following and notification buttons and i thought I've got it all turned off.

What?! Man I disabled email notifications in settings and I never get any of that clutter

... and for those struggling to find settings, it's called Preferences (at least in the mobile interface, click your avatar to access them)

Well I had disabled every email option in preferences, and still got watched thread ones. Dunno.

I get notifications for threads to which I've replied....probably a third of which end up in my spam folder, even though I've marked them as VIP and NOT JUNK many times.

I just checked mine because I dont think I've ever gotten emails. Seems like under content options, theres an option for "And receive email". Good thing I had those checked off LOL.

Did you manage to get this resolved? In preferences you can set what kind of emails, including notifications you want to receive.
