Do all 2013 Golf Wagons have Bluetooth?

Sorry for the dumb questions. I'm in the market and found a well-prices/good looking car but the owner says it does not have Bluetooth. This surprised me as I thought all the audio options had BT by 2013. It's too far of a drive for me to check out casually so I thought I'd check on with the experts here.

Canadian car BTW, in case that matters.

VWoA told us way back when that even the base wagen got Bluetooth connectivity for MY2013: https://media.vw.com/en-us/press-kits/2013-jetta-sportwagen-press-kit
Likely different in CA, though: https://www.mycarspecs.com/car/2013-volkswagen-golf-wagon-25-comfortline
This suggests that Bluetooth was part of the optional Convenience package in the Canadian market.
Maybe have the seller send you pics of the space under the passenger seat and the vehicle information sticker on the spare tire well in the rear ?
Still, retrofitting Bluetooth isn't that difficult, either by fitting an RNS-315 (Bluetooth internal) or the phone prep module under the passenger seat. --g

Thanks for that. I was wondering about retrofitting but I wasn't sure about the microphone and steering wheel controls.

We refitted the factory RCD-510 (which required the phone prep/BT module) with an RNS-315, which only needs the overhead microphone (easy to fit, if needed), though we're still using the separate BT module. Retrofit kits like this may be the way to go: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001362855349.html

Re steering wheel controls, our BT phone is controlled mostly through the right-side MFSW controls and MFI menus. Seems to me if the left side media controls are mounted, the "phone" button should "just work" with the properly coded BT device (RNS-315 or BT module).

PS: PR codes 2FQ, 2PP, 2ZB tell us that the car is fitted with a multi-function steering wheel (while 1MV is without controls). --g

RCD 330 plus gives you Bluetooth phone for about $300US. Plug and play OEM VW radio from China. Mine has worked flawlessly for 3 years.
