Did you have an issue you were trying to resolve with them? They, as well as their buddies (or enemies) at Stevenson both tend to ignore people when there is an issue. Not sure if that's what it is though.

Id 100% take it as a sign to go elsewhere. Dieseldna, Jeff Stevenson tuning, and a few others are known to be some of the worst companies out there for tunes.

Their stainless is fine. Have had 2 rawtek systems on both of my 2013 passats... one has gone over 5 years and 120k without issue, the other is 2 years in with 40k and no isues. If you wait a month they "usually" have a 20% off black friday sale, that when i snagged both of mine. I'll go with them again when my emissions system starts giving me issues on my a7, but so far i havent had any.

I would like to wait till the 20% off. But currently she’s down for coolant and oil leaks typical TDI Q7. I would like to get it back together sooner than later with the deletes and tune.

They're great quality.
Was it Brant James Small that said their stainless steel was not good quality?

The rawtek ones are heavier duty than a lot of the other brands, I prefer them myself, even though they are more expensive. Its a lot thicker steel, though its not the shiny racecar looking stuff, its got a more dull finish, but comparing them apples to apples, its a better quality pipe.

For the 3.0, I've heard a lot of great reviews of Oakes Performance, he is a more recent tuner, but started specifically on the 3.0TDI and is pretty reasonably priced.

Their stuff is 304 stainless its very good and highly corrosion resistant.

You are thinking of Buzzken which has lower grade/less corrosion resistant stainless.

I haven't yet. I've spoken to him about it for when I'm ready to do the tuning on my Q7. There are a lot of great reviews on the 3.0tdi page.

My condolences on the passing, I herd reviews that they were a middle man on darkside parts. Which caused the prices to be higher and cause issues with customs.
