I plan to install rearview mirror backup camera system, just like that:

to do that, I will need to run a wire from the front all the way back into the hatch lid. I have done some works before and I think I have some good idea on how to deal with the wirings in the front. The part I am not confident is the back: (see photo)

Do you guys have any experience with this? Can you share with me here?
Any suggestions helps are welcome!

I don't have any expertise to offer here, but do have a question: have you considered running the wire above the headliner instead? That would seem like the easiest path if you're connecting to the rearview mirror. My assumption is when you remove the trim at the back side of the headliner you'll have relatively easy access and should be able to use a fishtape to get the wire through without having to drop the headliner.

you've probably already bought it, but unless you've read reviews or seen vids of it on youtube,

its probably gonna be a POS system for 60 bucks....
