Starting to come down again. Paid $1.99 in KW last night.
Still below $2 in the Toronto-East area today: https://www.torontogasprices.com/Ga...e_limit=24&site=Toronto&srch=0&list=0&typ=qckCanadian thread gents...
It came down but it's going back up over 2 bucks a liter as of tomorrow... so much for it starting to go down last week
That's area specific. The official price on a city scale In Toronto according to the gas wizard should now be 198.9 as of tomorrow.Still below $2 in the Toronto-East area today: https://www.torontogasprices.com/Ga...e_limit=24&site=Toronto&srch=0&list=0&typ=qck
Ugh thats brutal, I wonder why the random spike when gas is going downDiesel $2.20/litre vs RUG at $1.30/litre in Kingston. 90 cents per litre spread and growing more by the day. Absolutely criminal.
Gas is going up but a lot less then diesel. There were a few local Alberta articles in the last few days suggesting a continuous strong demand for diesel. The economist in that article said he expects diesel to jump to 2.40, in Alberta, where its currently 1.80...so just imagine what it'll be in Ontario if that comes true. I still don't quite understand where the demand is so high, but what can we do...Ugh thats brutal, I wonder why the random spike when gas is going down
Still worse in Ontario, local station I usually fill up at was 1.379 for RUG vs 2.059 for diesel today...I was shocked at the spread in Calgary (visiting for the holidays) - $1.209 for RUG vs. $1.799 for diesel.
Back home (Vancouver Island), diesel is about the same, but RUG isn't that far away - $1.519.
I got it for 163 on Wednesday this weekStarting to come down around here. 169.9 last night in Stratford finally.
