Defective heater core cleaning?

What is everyone using for a cleaner through the cooling system?

I know years ago we used to run vinegar through aluminum radiators and motors to descale and clean.

Nothing yet... Most people are having the Dealers fix the problem.

Or at least try to fix the problem. Just had my second heater core replacement and the new coolant is now cloudy. Back to dealer tomorrow
