I have a 2014 passat tdi sel the car won’t start because it says ad blu. The def tank is full but the car thinks it’s empty and now won’t start. Any suggestions?

I'll start with a stupid question, are you sure def tank is full?
Ok thats out of the way, I'm gonna guess the def level sensor has gone bad.
There are 2 shops in Prescott that I'd recommend; European Auto Technicians or DeYoung European, may call them first to make sure they can get you in, as there is no VW dealership within 90 miles of you.

I stupid question,did you get the warning at 1000 miles, and a count down on your MFD ? If so did you get reminded as the miles added up? If so call one of the suggested shops and as how to reset the system.,assuming the tank is full.

Yep, common, it will need to be reset... often after a few trips (I'd say the average is 10) to the dealer for the "warranty" repairs, people end up doing a delete/tune or part ways with the car. VAG has some serious software bugs with the SCR system on the CKRA. And every time they think they have fixed it, they haven't.
