Took the '10 JSW 6M on a 2,000 Mile trek from the deep south to WI and back with three people and A/C on, averaging just over 50 MPG (per the dash display) at mostly legal speeds. VERY pleased with the economy and performance -- no problem whatsoever passing slower traffic in the mountains.
I was surprised to see that diesel sells for a few pennies less than gasoline in the Chicago area. In my home, diesel often sells for 15% more. Chicago's "boutique" gasoline is very expensive, so it's all relative I guess.
