^ yeah I guess I was looking at the http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/sbs.htm
fiquires and it's says the same for both DSG and Manual tranny.
I compared 2010 Golf TDI DSG and 2011 VW Jetta TDI 6spd. Both have 7.8 city and 5.6 highway. Combined are 6.9L/100km.
For the 2010s, the DSG EPA listed F E at 42 MPG and the 6 MTs were 41 MPG.
For the 2011s, both transmissions are listed at 42 MPG.
So for the 2011s, it least they partially corrected the 2010 mistake.
But as you know in the 'real' World, the later 6 MTs
are doing much better than the DSG F E wise!
