you don't need tires? Maintenance items? A roof box? I dunno. It's free money. They don't have anything I want.
x2. It's not that difficult to find something that you can use for yourself or a vehicle (not necessarily your VW).20 VW coffee mugs?
So does that site accept the VW-only card? Or can the stuff be ordered via a local dealer? Most of the stuff is massively overpriced, but if VW's paying the tab, I could probably come up with $500 of purchases from there that wouldn't go to waste. The driver gear site sells plenty of other items...bikes, Oakleys, etc. You could buy 5 pair of Oakleys and then sell them elsewhere.

Plus they give you 20% off first order, so it'd be like having $600 to spend.
My VW dealer has a body shop. Last spring I backed into a car on the street parked behind my driveway. My insurance covered the liability to the parked car and I used the the card to cover the 500.00 deductible for the repairs to my bumper and tail lights. Insurance paid the rest. No questions asked by the VW dealer owned body repair shop.Anyone try and use it at a collision/body shop that is part of dealership where there is a vw/audi dealership?
Need a bumper painted/replaced on my gasser gti and have an audi loyalty card for our a3 tdi.
Hmm, interesting. So that means I could potentially buy tires through Tirerack with it instead of having to go to the dealer. Good information, I will have to try a small purchase and see if it works.Has anyone tried using the dealer card as a regular Visa online, somewhere besides an authorized dealer (or other vendor that's 'supposed' to accept the dealer cards), by using the first 16 digits on the back as the 'credit card' # and the last 3 as the security code?
When I picked up my loyalty cards, I immediately used it to buy some parts (wiper blades, etc.). The service guy wasn't sure how to run it through the system, and was eventually told by his manager "just run it through like a regular Visa"...which worked.

My dealer matched Tirerack price for two new rear tires for our Corvette, while our 2012 Jetta sets in the garage waiting buyback. Mounted and balanced them out the door price charged to the dealer card.Hmm, interesting. So that means I could potentially buy tires through Tirerack with it instead of having to go to the dealer. This solves your problem, http://www.drivergear.vw.com/Produc...tm_content=VWDriverGear&utm_campaign=July2016All I've bought off it was a set of windshield wipers.... how much would you give me for it?
Californians have glorified the VW brand since the 60's.This solves your problem, http://www.drivergear.vw.com/Produc...tm_content=VWDriverGear&utm_campaign=July2016
You can get rid of your plastic card in one swipe. If you sign up now, you get 20% off your first order.
But with all the "stir" that VW has caused, not sure many people will want to be walking around in tree hugger states like California with a VW insignia on their jacket. Could be like walking around with a Tennessee Battle Flag on your chest in downtown Detroit. Just a little frowned upon.
