I need an N75 and a VNT actuator. Local yard doesn't have em and idparts would be a few days out. Battling an intermittent overboost issue.

Looks like an ice storm is shaping up for Saturday, with the switch-over to rain happening sometime after dark.

If it gets too icy, I might leave the Touareg at home since it has summer tires. The Passat has snows and a better ESP system. Decisions decisions.

That sounds fun! I guess we should try to stick with Saturday. I imagine that a few people will bow out due to the weather, but many of us will make it like the postal service - rain, snow, or shine.

As cold as the ground is, it reads that there will be significant icing. It might be wise to Slip to Sunday or delay for 1 week.

Either day this weekend is good for me. Next Saturday (the 21st) is not good, but Sunday (the 22nd) is.

It really depends on the forecast honestly. It's still a bit too far out to know for sure what's going to happen. I'm seeing a snow storm is mostly what's being called for then change over to ice in the evening. My tires seem to do quite well in the snow, ice... not so much.

But if we have to reschedule, Sunday is also good for me... If not then next Sunday will work.

Yes, just checked the weather, what I saw was snow, 1" to 3" starting in the afternoon, possibly changing to freezing rain in the evening. Sunday is looking like rain.

Agreed, lets leave it as is & re-evaluate tomorrow afternoon to early evening.

Well, my maybe turned into a Yes this morning but now a closer look at the forecast says no rain for us in NOVA, only snow and 5-8 inches of it. Looks like I'm back to a maybe.

NOAA is only forecasting 3-4" for the Northern VA area tomorrow, and just shy of 3" for Annapolis. It looks like it's going to turn into ice followed by rain later in the afternoon/evening. Not too bad.
