Anybody notice Daryl Hannah on Conan O'Brian Tuesday night?

Apparently she's into recycled veggie oil. She has an '83 El Camino with a diesel burning grease from the local fastfood places.

She also has a solar house and is off the grid, paid for itself and is making money back selling power.

Saw it. Was pleasantly surprised. She explained it very well and did not come across as a lunatic environmentalist.

Good lord. Do you know who her father is? She's like the richest actress in hollywood. She doesnt need to do any of that. Interesting.

Most of us burning alternative fuels don`t do it because we personally "need" to. We do it because we believe as a society we "need" to.
