Sorry, I misread your other post. I thought you were saying that the car manufacturers have stopped or limited the manuals because the computers work better with automatics. That's what I get for reading these threads at work!

Great JOB guys!
Can anyone supply a code for the CP3 pump to put on CR 170hp engine?
Already pushed over the 300hp barrier with the CP4.2 on another engine (CBAB 140hp CR)
For mine i would like to try the CP3 since its more reliable.
Thanks!

The cp3 iteration we need isn't a direct fit. An adaptor is needed. I suggest you contact 2micron for more info.

Yes, CP3 is very available in Europe.

So are these kits no longer being produced?

I'm curious about this as well. Part of my plan in keeping my TDI was upgrading to the CP3 pump when I did the timing belt. The CP3 kit appears to be out of stock on fixmyvw.com. Hopefully more will be produced?

Paging 2micron...

From other posts I've seen, there is and will be a delay until DG is sorted out. I believe there are several kits out there it's just finding them. I am getting one installed by GDM in a few weeks so they might have some available. There's also several members selling their kits currently in the classifieds because of doing the buy back. I'm sure more will be put up for sale as we get closer to cars actually getting bought back.

So only kits are being made? Not the filter or cp4 flow adapter?

Andrew designed three product "kits" and a serpentine belt cover.
1. Pure Flow kit
2. Contain Flow kit
3. A "replacement" Bosch CP3 fuel pump kit.

Kit numbers 1 and 2 work together to limit the swarf contamination of the fuel system from a failed HPFP.

The third kit is the composed of the Bosch CP3 Pump with an Installation Kit and a CimTek 1 Micron 1 12 UNF 3/4" fuel filter.

Uh, so, again, my question, only the kit (3) is being produced? The filter (2) and flow adapter(1) are not being produced anymore?

Nobody can answer this but 2Micron. Best bet is to email him directly.

Jason, there are 2 Used "original Kits" for sale right now. Contact me if you want.
CP3 retrofit kits are back in production as we speak. They wil be available soon.
I also have been experimenting and testing the CP3 pump on the EA288 MK7 cars. Great success, same good results as the Mk6 cars!!
MK7 kits will be 100% bolt on, fully stock EGR and factory tune compatible.
Best to Email me if interested.
Thanks!!

Have you had the chance to open up a MK7 CP4? Curious if they changed much from the MK6 or even the CKRA Passats. Toying with the idea of upgrading mostly for performance/economy benefits.

If they still have the floating roller, it's still classified as a mistake in my book.

I'm sure others agree.

And If vw changed the plumbing to catch a disaster like 2micron's kit, all they did was limit the damage, not prevent the damage.
