Coolant Seal recall

There appears to be another recall for MY2000 cars entitles "Replace Coolant system Sealing ring". The tech-vw web site seems messed up in this area I cannot download the info. Does anyone else have a problem reading this area or know what this is about?

I have a coolant leak from the top hose where there is a connection to another hose, I mentioned it to the mechanic at the 8k oil change and all he did was overfill the reservoir. It leaked from day 1 and now is only "wet" I can't see the coolant level dropping any more. Where did you hear about the recall?

I figured out how to read the Campaign and Service Circulars. Unfortunately I can now read them all except for the 3 about the Coolant System Sealing Ring.
