Constant Low Power Mode

A 2011 Golf tdi I recently picked up is in constant low power mode. It can get up to highway speeds, but has no power to accelerate and just creeps up there. I have an OBDII reader but no VCDS. I'm a bit reluctant to spend much on it since it has 320,000km although maybe it actually has a ton of life left if I fix up the codes.
The check engine light is on, the glowplug light flashes, and the dpf light is on, I can't hear the turbo so I assume something is inhibiting it. It sounds and runs great otherwise.
The OBD shows the following codes:
P2BA6 - NOx exceedence
P2463 - DPF restricted
P2015 - Intake manifold control actuator position sensor
P026A (archive) - Intercooler wfficiency below threshold
P0111 (archive) - Intake air temp sensor

Will any of these cause the constant low power mode?
Would an emissions control system delete fix this?
Will a VCDS tell me more, or give me the ability to fix this, or further diagnose the issue?

Thanks in advance!

yes the p2463 . basically the exhaust is plugged . i know from experience they wont regen with an active p2015. hence you end up witjh a plugged dpf. .

So what is the best fix for this? a dpf delete? Or I get the little bracket thing that fixes the P2015, and then the system will regen?

i would get the bracket regardless . look at your tailpipe. is there soot in it? is yes it already needs a dpf. no soot you may have a chance with a cleaning of the differential pressure sensor an a stationary desoot.

Thanks! I just ordered the bracket.
Do I need VCDS to start a stationary desoot?

There are just too many to list....
You are most likely well beyond anything like that. Check the tailpipes first. If they are clean (like CLEAN clean), then you may be able to save the DPF. But if they are sooty, that DPF is junk anyway.

I've had mixed results with the intake bracket, but installing a new updated intake manifold will fix that part every time.

You also need to make sure the engine is allowed to get up to temp.

I'm reluctant to trust anything a non-VAG specific scan tool will tell you, because they all too often send people down the wrong path.

Ok, I got the bracket but it didn't fix the low power issue even after a couple long highway drives. The tailpipe wasn't filthy but it was a bit sooty, so I assumed my dpf was cracked and would never regen. I found local some used parts for a dpf delete, bought the tune and after a day's work it's like a whole new car. No more warning lights on my dash!

Thanks everyone for your help.
