I have tested lift pump and see 10 lbs pressure after turning ign key a coupl times
please help

Thank you for the advice. when i inspect the lift pump i will
keep a watch for deteriorating lines.

Another thing it could be is injection timing is out if you recently have done seals on i injection pump, or even just wear and moved, my golf did the same thing cause it was running waaay to lean couldnt start.. would need vcds to check iq tho

OBD works, start there. See if there is cranking RPM signal in the scan tool data.
