Looking for options to upgrade my seats on a 2004 Jetta. Have original Heated Grey Leather Seats but just don't care for the leather too much. Just picked up a set of cloth 2001 golf seats and I'm not sure yet if I like them. Don't like the leather because i get too warm sitting in them (yes, the heat is off, i do like the heated seats when its cold out). The cloth seats fixed that problem but they seem a lot stiffer and not as comfortable. Ive looked at Recaros on EBAY and they are expensive even used. Wondering if there is a option for comfortable replacement seats either OEM or aftermarket.

Thanks

I do a lot of driving in my jetta, and I bought the "spacer mesh" seat covers from CoverKing. They are available on amazon. $120 for the front seat set. They are much more comfortable (they have some cushioning in them), and they do an excellent job at dissipating heat. I looked at changing seats originally, but I found this as the cheaper option. I drive in South Texas heat (Houston to Louisiana) most every day for about 115 miles per leg. Those seat covers made a substantial difference.

I have Wolfsburg seats in mine, I like them better than the originals and I spend 90 miles a day in my car. Those seat covers look mighty nice though...
