Cold air passenger floor

Ok guys got a real cold snap here. Wife said there was a noticeable draft coming in from floor on the passenger side. Ice cold air she said. She had the fan up on defrost. Anybody have an idea what I should take a look at where so much cold air would be coming in?

My car is always cold in the wintertime. Maybe pull some long johns on. Even after I have been on the road for an hour.

look inside the glove box and makew sure the dink chiller is not turned on
