How is the dampening/rebound?
I run eibach pro streets for a Golf, and I get some nasty clunking whenever I even think about going over a bump (drainage channel, driveway lip, slamming on brakes and turning sharply). My friend says this is all because my coils don't have any rebound or dampening. Plus the weight of the heavier engine on a set made for a gasser golf, and it makes sense.
My car handles like a go kart with my tires being the only limiting factor in super hard cornering, but if I lived in a state other than florida I wouldn't be able to drive the car. At all. Forget dirt roads. They don't make harder springs for this kit nor are the dampeners adjustable, so I need to get a new set of coils or try some springs.
