Replaced the condenser and radiator fan on my 2010 tdi jetta and when i go to start it to charge the AC all hell breaks lose, it started first but wouldn't run right, just like someone turn the power on and off. Then it stalled and wouldn't start at all. Performed fuel pump test and all seems in order. Decided to hook up vcds and noticed during cranking that the fuel pressure stays down but once and a while spikes up and all of a sudden start. managed to keep it running for a bit and got these readings and wonder if others have run into this before. Also lost the fan inside too in the process. It sure indicates a power supply or ground problem I think.

There are just too many to list....
What was the nature of having to replace the A/C condenser and fan(s?)? Was the car crashed?

nope, AC wasn't working rock damage on condenser, fins all smashed in and fan had little piece of plastic missing, just decided to fix all at once

Was there other work performed at the time? I cant think of anything that would cause that..

Why would you think it's the hp pump, it seems electrical to me, even the fan quit.
