Cluster questions

I've been doing reading on swapping different instrument clusters into an mkiv. I like the looks of the MFA cluster, but don't necessarily need the small screen in the center of it. Unless it can display a digital speedometer, that would absolutely sell me on one of them. So my questions are does the MFA have the ability to display a digital speedo? And if not, is there an overlay that I could install onto my original mkiv cluster that is identical to the MFA minus the screen in the center? Third question, on the MFA, can the red back light color be changed like the rest of the cluster lights? I understand the other backlights can be un soldered and soldered in.

New style "gauge" package install on a 2000 MkIV Jetta.

I have seen a lot of gauge packages on the newer Jettas that show MPG. Being that the gauges "probably" run off OBDII information, is it pssible to get a gauge pckage so I have that information or would it be easier to just run it through a screen on my radio?
