To sparetimetoys:
I realize that you aren't too impressed with the situation, but I'd like you to consider a couple of things.
1) Jeff is a member here that, of his own free-will, has taken on the task of ordering and mailing out these plate frames for his fellow clubmembers.
So since he took it upon himself to do this, people shouldn't complain if they never receive paid-for merchandise?

2) Jeff is not a retail business, he's just doing this in his spare time while he works and goes to school.
What does that have to do with never responding to this guys e-mails, and never receiving his merchandise?

3) The proceeds from the sales of these frames go to Fred to help defray the costs of hosting/running this website for members like you and me.
That is really nice of the guy, but sparetimetoys still paid for a product that he never received.

4) There have been a large number of frames bought and shipped in the last year and there have been some people that have had their's show up withing a few days of paying and there have been people that got their's a few weeks later. Everybody got their's that paid for them, eventually. Just be a bit patient.
Sparetimetoys apparently hasn't received his in months. YOu would be upset at this point as well.

5) I was the person that originally contacted Jeff and got him to re-start his little venture when I looked back at archived posts and found that he had originally done these once before. I was also the fist one to pay and was responsible for starting the list and was first on it. I still had to wait for 3 weeks and about 20 people until I got mine, but I still got them.
The guy isn't responding to e-mails. How busy could you be? I have a full time job and answer every e-mail that is sent to me. The guy is not being forthright.
My advice is to cut a little slack to Jeff and I'm sure he'll work things out for you. If he doesn't, I'll send you one of mine and wait my turn for a replacement, how's that sound? Just remember, we're all here to help each other out, not screw each other over!
